SANTA CRUZ GREEN BUILDERS / ADU

A few years have passed since we designed and built this detached ADU on the Westside of Santa Cruz, but the custom milled redwood siding still pops and the homeowners wowed us with their stylish landscaping and interior design. The home is built on the site of a former garage behind an early 1940s home.

To maximize the floorplan and extend the use of the space for their general living, the homeowners devoted most of the square footage to living and sleeping quarters, with a spacious bathroom and small utility room that doubles as a kitchen.
