KNAPP-LEWIS - Santa Cruz

This 1906 California bungalow had never been updated. We prepared it for another century, while restoring its original charm and making it one of the most energy efficient homes on the block.

HEESCHEN - Campbell

This house is designed to be a passive solar house. This means that it heats and cools itself through the use of south facing windows, thermal mass, and a double sealed and super insulated building envelope. Because of its smart design, the house will need very little heating and cooling.

REID GANLEY - Santa Cruz

This home was a green builders dream. It has a bit of everything, from straw bale walls to a living roof/deck. It is truly an incredible home.

POLLOCK - Santa Cruz

PICNIC BASKET - Santa Cruz  

Complete remodel of an existing sandwich shop for the owners of the Penny Ice Creamery. Their new venture is an artisan sandwich shop located near the entrance to the wharf in Santa Cruz.

TINY ACRES- Gallant ADU - Soquel

Frank and Karen Gallant moved onto their sons property in Soquel. This 1200 sf ADU feels a lot bigger with two bedrooms, two baths, an office, living room and kitchen opening to the upper deck. WALKER ADU - Santa Cruz   

An owner-builder driven project on 30th Ave in Santa Cruz. We were responsible for all framing, electrical, plumbing and interior finishes. This is a 800sf ADU located in the County of Santa Cruz.

A complete remodel of the existing farm house on this enormous lot. Allowed to build 6 units, they choose instead to only add 550sf to the existing house and convert the garage into a separate ADU.
